Wincott is a women's cotton industry network.

The network can help women to attain skills, confidence and aims to provide an informed "voice" in the agricultural sector.

Wincott holds information days, general interest field days and opportunities for skill building within the cotton industry, and encourages the opportunities & benefits of networking, all of which increase skills & knowledge, therefore boosting confidence of our members when participating in industry organisations.

Wincott endeavours to provide support, information and resources to support the various roles that women play within the cotton industry.

Wincott has the potential to broaden the input and knowledge of industry issues. This is important as women are often the industry interface with the community.
